If I use a device that supports dtac 4G Calling (VoLTE), can I use it immediately?
- Go to Settings > Mobile networks.
- If you see the VoLTE Call option, it means your device supports dtac 4G Calling (VoLTE).
- If you do not see the VoLTE Call option, it means your device does not support it yet, and you should update your software to the latest version. For dtac Phone devices, check that the Build number is from 'Blade_S6_Lite_VOL_B01' onwards. Once your device is updated to the latest software version, you can use dtac 4G Calling (VoLTE) immediately.
- Update iOS to version 9.2 or later.
- Update the Carrier bundle to 'dtac 23.1' by going to Menu > Settings > General > About > Carrier bundle Update, and press Update.
