How to Download eSIM
Your device needs an internet connection to download eSIM. Connect through your existing SIM or use WiFi.
Step 1
Go to Settings
and select Cellular

Tap on Add eSIM
Step 3
Select Use QR Code
Step 4
Scan the QR code you received via email or saved on your device
Step 5
Tap on Continue
Step 6
Your eSIM will be successfully added to your device!

How to Download eSIM
Your device needs an internet connection to download eSIM. Connect through your existing SIM or use WiFi.

True customers can switch by themselves via the True iService app 
Download App True iService
- Open the True iService app or website click
- Log in with your phone number or registered TrueID email.
- On the home screen, tap View more under the All Services tab.
- Select the Switch to eSIM icon under the After-sales Servicessection.
- Choose the number you want to switch to eSIM and tap Next.
- Tap Send OTP to this number and enter the OTP.
- Follow instructions to find your 32-digit EID, copy the number, and paste it.
- Enter your email and contact number to receive the QR code.
- Tap Activate this number to start the identity verification (eKYC) process. *This must be completed to receive the email and SMS.
- Open the email or SMS to get the QR code and download the eSIM to your device.

Your device needs an internet connection to download eSIM. Connect through your existing SIM or use WiFi.

- Open the True iService app or website click
- Log in with your mobile number or registered TrueID email.
- On the home screen, tap View more under the All Servicestab.
- Select the Switch to eSIM icon under After-sales Services.
- Choose the number you want to switch to eSIM and tap Next.
- Select the brand and model of your device that will use eSIM, then tap Next.
- Follow instructions to find your 32-digit EID, copy the number, and paste it.
- Enter your email and contact number to receive the QR code.
- Tap Activate this number to start the identity verification (eKYC) process. This must be completed to receive the email/SMS.
- Open your email or SMS to receive the QR code and download the eSIM to your device.
