The GO Travel data roaming add-on package is available for existing Postpaid and Prepaid customers with normal status who are not under service suspension and have registered for International Roaming service with
True Move H Universal Communication Company Limited (“TUC”) (referred to herein as
the “Company”).
Service fee rates for “GO Travel” package (excludes Vat 7%) are as follows:
1. GO Travel package (Neighboring)
  - 99-baht, 2 GB data for 7 days in Cambodia, Laos and Malaysia (speed throttled to 128 Kbps after data quota is reached)
2. GO Travel package (Asia & Australia)
  - 199-baht, 3 GB data for 3 days in Asian countries and Australia (speed throttled to 128 Kbps after data quota is reached)
  - 399-baht, 7 GB data for 10 days in Asian countries and Australia (speed throttled to 128 Kbps after data quota is reached)
  - 549-baht, 14 GB data for 10 days in Asian countries and Australia (speed throttled to 128 Kbps after data quota is reached)
  - 599-baht, 10 GB data for 15 days in Asian countries and Australia (speed throttled to 128 Kbps after data quota is reached)

  - 1,299-baht, 14 GB data for 15 days in Worldwide (speed throttled to 128 Kbps after data quota is reached)
  - 1,599-baht, 15 GB data for 30 days in Worldwide (speed throttled to 128 Kbps after data quota is reached)
  - 2,699-baht, 15 GB internet usage in Worldwide for 365 days (Once the data quota is reached, the service will be suspended automatically)
The package will be activated and charged upon subscription and receipt of an SMS confirmation. Customers can choose a future date/pre-booking for
the package’s effective start date and time in advance via True iService or the True Call Center at 1242.
The Company will send SMS confirmations regarding the start and end times of
the package. The package allowance time is based on a 24-hour period
(Thailand time).
For Postpaid customers, the package price applies to the usage in the participating networks and countries only. Usage in countries not included in the package terms or exceeding the specified package duration and time period will be charged at the normal international roaming rate according to
the country of usage.
Fees for excessive outgoing calls, receiving calls, and SMS will be charged at the normal rate of the specific countries.
To avoid unwanted voice roaming charges from call forwarding while traveling, please cancel all call forwarding services by dialing ##002# then pressing call.
Data speed is subjected to overseas network operators.
International data and voice roaming services will be automatically activated upon subscribing to the package.
Company reserves the right:
- Customers are prohibited from profiting from packages, including Voice over IP (VoIP) service, in any illegal cases. If evidence of business interests or commercial contact with other parties or access to the Internet that contravenes the law, social harmony, and social morality is found,
  the provider reserves the right to immediately restrain or terminate
  the service and cancel promotional privileges of the violating phone number.
- The company has the right to manage the network appropriately to maintain the service quality and help users use it more efficiently. This may include limiting or reducing speeds, taking action to transfer data, prohibiting
  the use of BitTorrent, sharing
  the internet via Hotspot, downloading and/or uploading large files, or any application with sustained high usage that affects service application or causes issue or damage to other users and/or the Company’s network or overall service.
- The Company reserves the right to change terms and conditions of
  the service without prior notice. Customers acknowledge and agree to any changes made and announced on the provider’s website or other channels.
- The Company reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions.

The customer allows the provider to necessarily access and evaluate personal data of the customer saved and stored in the ID smart card and in other forms provided by
the customer for the sake of telecommunication business, promotion, and others. Additionally, the customer agrees that the provider
(or the Company) may reveal, submit and/or transfer personal data of the customer to other third parties, both local and abroad, for the aforementioned purposes.
The purchased packages cannot be refunded or transferred to other customers. The Company reserves the right to terminate services without prior notice.

  - 599-baht, 7 GB data roaming and 50 minutes of calls to Thailand, local calls in destination country, and incoming calls for 10 days in Asian countries and Australia
  - 749-baht, 14 GB data roaming and 50 minutes of calls to Thailand, local calls in destination country, and incoming calls for 10 days in Asian countries and Australia
2. GO Travel EXTRA (Worldwide)
  - 1,099-baht, 7 GB data roaming and 50 minutes of calls to Thailand, local calls in destination country, and incoming calls for 15 days in Worldwide

The package is valid in specific countries and networks only. For other unlisted countries, the service will not be available.

This Voice Roaming Package includes outgoing calls and receiving calls. Customers can make outgoing call to all destinations.

For postpaid customers who have not subscribed to a roaming package, international roaming service will be charged based on the rate of your current roaming country (Pay Per Use). The details and roaming rates are as follows:
1. Before travelling abroad, you are advised to check the roaming service. In case you have not activated roaming service, you can simply apply by dialing USSD *112*1# then call or contact theTrue Call Center at 1242. You will receive confirmation upon successful activation, and the permanent credit limit will be automatically adjusted.
2. To avoid unwanted voice roaming charges from call forwarding while traveling, please cancel all call forwarding services by dialing ##002# then pressing call.
3. International roaming rates for specific countries and operators:
  - International roaming rates for Asia zone
    - Outgoing calls & Receiving calls: 33 baht/minute
    - Send SMS: 11 baht/sms (Receive SMS: Free of charge)
    - Data Roaming 350 baht/day (80 baht/MB). The customer can use non-stop data roaming at max speed for 1 GB. Once the data quota is reached, customers can continue using data at 384 Kbps. * The data roaming duration starts immediately upon connecting to the internet while abroad and expires at 23:59:59 of the day.
  - International roaming rates for Europe, Oceania and America zone

For prepaid customer who have not subscribed to a roaming package, international roaming service will be charged based on the rate of your current roaming country (Pay Per Use). The details and roaming rates are as follows:

What You Need to Know Before Your Travel

Before travelling abroad, it is advisable to check the roaming service. If you have not activated roaming service, you can simply apply by dialing USSD *112*1# then call or contact the True Call Center at 1242. You will receive confirmation upon successful activation, and the permanent credit limit will be automatically adjusted with package fee.
You can check your credit limit and manage your roaming service budget by contacting True Call Center at 1242.
Check for the availability of mobile networks and international roaming rates at your destination to use the network appropriately while roaming.
Ensure your handset/device is compatible and supported while traveling
Cancelling call forwarding is advised to avoid the additional charges. (If you enable call forwarding and do not receive a call while roaming, you will be charged
at roaming calling rate to Thailand). Simply dial ##002# then call to cancel the call forwarding service.
Temporarily turn off data before departure to avoid data roaming charges. Once you turn off data roaming, you will not have access to mobile data.

There may be a delay of approximately 1-2 days in usage charges abroad delivered from the network provider, which might exceed your credit limit. This charge reflects the actual usage that the customer incurred while traveling abroad.

Terms and Conditions of free extra data roaming 4GB

The Promotion GO Travel (ASIA&AUS) 549 baht,14GB, 10 days, with an automatically added free extra data roaming of 4GB, is available for existing Postpaid and Prepaid customers with normal status who are not under service suspension and have registered for the International Roaming service with True Move H Universal Communication Company Limited (“TUC”) (referred to herein as the “Company”).
Customers will automatically receive the free extra data roaming of 4GB after successfully subscribing to the GO Travel (ASIA&AUS) 549 baht, 14GB, 10 days during the period from 1 November 2024 until 15 January 2025.
The free extra data roaming of 4GB is valid for Asian and Australia countries for 10 days, starting from SMS confirmations regarding the start and end times of the package. The package allowance time is based on a 24-hour period (Thailand time).
For future date/pre-booking subscriptions via True iService or the True Call Center at 1242, customers will automatically receive the free extra data roaming of 4GB when the package’s effective start date and time are confirmed in advance for GO Travel (ASIA&AUS) 549 baht, 14GB, 10 days.
Once the free extra data roaming of 4GB quota is reached, customers will still be able to continue using the internet from the previously subscribed GO Travel package. Once the data quota is reached, the speed will be throttled to 128 Kbps for the duration of the package.

  - 99-baht, 2 GB data for 7 days in Cambodia, Laos and Malaysia (speed throttled to 128 Kbps after data quota is reached)
2. GO Travel package (Asia & Australia)
  - 199-baht, 3 GB data for 3 days in Asian countries and Australia (speed throttled to 128 Kbps after data quota is reached)
  - 399-baht, 7 GB data for 10 days in Asian countries and Australia (speed throttled to 128 Kbps after data quota is reached)
  - 549-baht, 14 GB data for 10 days in Asian countries and Australia (speed throttled to 128 Kbps after data quota is reached)
  - 599-baht, 10 GB data for 15 days in Asian countries and Australia (speed throttled to 128 Kbps after data quota is reached)
  - 1,299-baht, 15 GB data for 30 days in Asian countries and Australia (speed throttled to 128 Kbps after data quota is reached)
3. GO Travel package (Worldwide)
  - 499-baht, 3 GB data for 7 days in Worldwide (speed throttled to 128 Kbps after data quota is reached)
  - 899-baht, 7 GB data for 15 days in Worldwide (speed throttled to 128 Kbps after data quota is reached)
  - 1,299-baht, 14 GB data for 15 days in Worldwide (speed throttled to 128 Kbps after data quota is reached)
  - 1,599-baht, 15 GB data for 30 days in Worldwide (speed throttled to 128 Kbps after data quota is reached)
  - 2,699-baht, 15 GB internet usage in Worldwide for 365 days (Once the data quota is reached, the service will be suspended automatically)
For Postpaid customer, the package will be activated and charged once roaming network is detected within 30 days. If you possess multiple packages, all packages will be activated simultaneously. The permanent credit limit will be automatically adjusted with package fee.
For Prepaid customer, the package will be charged after subscription and will be activated once roaming network is detected within 30 days after the date of package subscription. If you possess multiple packages, all packages will be activated simultaneously.
Fees for excessive outgoing calls, receiving calls, and SMS will be charged at normal rate of that specific countries.
Postpaid customer can still continue to use internet after package period ends and will be charged at 350 baht or 499 baht per day (excludes Vat 7%) based on roaming country. The customer can use non-stop data roaming at max speed for 1 GB. When used up, you can continue using data at 384 Kbps. Simply turn off data roaming at *124*3# to prevent extra charges.
To prevent extra charges from receiving calls while roaming and calling back to Thailand, you can cancel call forwarding service by pressing ##002#
Data speed is subjected to overseas network operators.
The package period starts from date and time that the package is activated and ends on the last day of the package (24-hour based, Thailand time).
International data and voice roaming service will be automatically activated as the package is being subscribed.
The package is valid in specific countries and networks only. For other unlisted countries, the service will not be available.
The customer is prohibited from making profit from packages including Voice over IP (VoIP) service in any illegal cases. If there are evidence of business interests or commercial contact with other parties or access to the Internet that are against the law, social harmony, and social morality, the provider reserves the right to immediately restrain or terminate the service and cancel promotion privileges of the violating phone number.
The Company reserves the right to manage network as appropriate in order to ensure network quality for all users. The Company may consider limiting or reducing bit torrent usage, download or upload bit file or any usage that consumes big data volume that could impact network quality for other users, affect use, or cause injustice or damage to other users or the company's network or service. Reduce speed could be lower than what stated in package depending on usage, area and device.
The Company reserves the right to change terms and conditions of the service without prior notice. The customer recognizes and agrees on any changes made and announced on the provider’s website or other channels.
The customer allows the provider to necessarily access and evaluate personal data of the customer saved and stored in the ID smart card and in other forms given by the customer for the sake of telecommunication business, promotion, and others. In addition, the customer agrees that the provider (or the company) to reveal, submit and/or transfer personal data of the customer to other third parties, both local and abroad, for the aforementioned purposes.

The GO Travel EXTRA Data Roaming and Voice Roaming add-on Package is available for existing postpaid and prepaid individual customers with normal status who are not under service suspension.
Service fee rates for the “GO Travel EXTRA” add-on package (excluding VAT 7%) are as follows:
1. GO Travel EXTRA (ASIA & AUS)
  - 599-baht, 7 GB data roaming and 50 minutes of calls to Thailand, local calls in destination country, and incoming calls for 10 days in Asian countries and Australia
  - 749-baht, 14 GB data roaming and 50 minutes of calls to Thailand, local calls in destination country, and incoming calls for 10 days in Asian countries and Australia
2. GO Travel EXTRA (Worldwide)
  - 1,099-baht, 7 GB data roaming and 50 minutes of calls to Thailand, local calls in destination country, and incoming calls for 15 days in Worldwide
  - 1,499-baht, 14 GB data roaming and 50 minutes of calls to Thailand, local calls in destination country, and incoming calls for 15 days in Worldwide
After data quota is used up, you can continue using data roaming at 128 Kbps until the package validity expires.
A fraction of a minute is calculated as a full minute in each call.
Fees for excessive calls to another country, SMS sending, any calls outside the destination country or specified network, or exceeding the package quota or validity will be charged at the normal rate of the destination country.
For Postpaid customer, the package will be activated and charged upon roaming network is detected within 30 days. If you possess multiple packages, all packages will be activated simultaneously. The permanent credit limit will be automatically adjusted with package fee.
For Prepaid customer, the package will be charged upon subscription and will be activated once roaming network is detected within 30 days after the date of package subscription. If you possess multiple packages, all packages will be activated simultaneously.

Voice Roaming Add-on Package (Postpaid & Prepaid)

For existing prepaid and postpaid individual customers with normal status and must not be in state of service suspension.
This package is limited to domestic usage in specified countries and networks only.
Package service fees are as follows: (not include 7% VAT)
- 30-minute package at 350 baht for 30 minutes of calls to Thailand, local calls in destination country, and incoming calls within 7 days.
- 60-minute package at 650 baht for 60 minutes of calls to Thailand, local calls in destination country, and incoming calls within 7 days.
- 120-minute package at 1,200 baht for 120 minutes of calls to Thailand, local calls in destination country, and incoming calls within 7 days.
Call to another country, SMS sending, any calls outside the destination country/specified network or after the package period ends will be charged at normal rate of the destination country.
Excess usage of a package with special call rate will be charged at the special rate.
To prevent extra charges from receiving calls while roaming and calling back to Thailand, you can cancel call forwarding service by pressing ##002#
Data speed is subjected to overseas network operators.
For Postpaid customer, the package will be activated and charged once roaming network is detected within 30 days. The permanent credit limit will be automatically adjusted with package fee.

Terms and Conditions of free extra data roaming 4GB

The Promotion GO Travel (ASIA&AUS) 549 baht, 14GB, 10 days, with an automatically added free extra data roaming of 4GB, is available for existing Postpaid and Prepaid customers with normal status who are not under services suspension.
Customers will automatically receive the free extra data roaming of 4GB after successfully subscribing to the GO Travel (ASIA&AUS) 549 baht, 14GB, 10 days during the period from 1 November 2024 until 15 January 2025.
The free extra data roaming of 4GB is valid for Asian and Australia countries for 10 days, starting once roaming network is detected within 30 days.
Once the free extra data roaming of 4GB quota is reached, customers will still be able to continue using the internet from the previously subscribed GO Travel package. Once the data quota is reached, the speed will be throttled to 128 Kbps for the duration of the package.

In-flight Roaming

The 1-day In-flight Roaming pass valued 199THB/day (Full Price 650THB/day, Rates are exclusive of VAT) for unlimited internet usage on eligible aircraft is only applicable for data roaming. It does not include voice calls, receiving calls, or sending messages via regular phone signals.
If you want to use voice or messaging services, you will be charged the standard rates as follows: (Rates are exclusive of VAT)

Voice call: 90 THB/minute, Sending message: 30 THB/message and Receiving message: Free of charges.
For voice calls, you will be charged for the actual minutes used. Any remaining seconds will be rounded up to the nearest minute. For example, a 13-second call will be charged as a 1-minute call.

This promotion is exclusive to True dtac customers who subscribe to the In-flight Roaming international data roaming add-on package. The promotional price is valid from June 5, 2024, to Jan 31, 2025. Customers will receive an SMS confirmation from AeroMobile or SITA OnAir once they turn on their device and use it on an aircraft that supports In-flight Roaming and when the aircraft is at a cruising altitude of 40,000 feet. The service speed depends on the network provider and the airline. For more information, please refer to the <How to Use>section.
This promotion is limited to individual communication only. Any actions for illegal commercial purposes and Voice over IP (VoIP) purposes are strictly prohibited.
