Terms and Conditions of True GO Travel MyPlan
- The promotional offer “GO Travel MyPlan” is a prepaid eSIM of True Universal Communication Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) as individuals and have activated international roaming services from April 1, 2025 onwards.
- eSIM GO Travel MyPlan will be immediately activated after scanning and adding the eSIM to the device. Please land abroad to use the roaming package within 60 days. If this period is exceeded, the promotion cannot be subscribed to again, but other available promotions can be subscribed to as usual. If the number is not topped up or not used continuously for more than 180 days, the Company reserves the right to immediately suspend the service.
- The service usage period starts from the first connection abroad and is counted in full 24-hour cycles based on actual usage.
- eSIM GO Travel MyPlan (Asia & Australia) and eSIM GO Travel MyPlan (Worldwide) get the privilege of 2GB free internet in Thailand for 30 days, starting from the time the SIM is first used in Thailand before traveling.
- The amount of max-speed internet and validity depends on the user selection. When using the full amount of max-speed internet selected, the user can continue using it at 128 Kbps (FUP).
- Fair Usage Policy (FUP): The Company reserves the right to manage the network appropriately to maintain service quality standards and to ensure that overall users can use the service efficiently, such as limiting or reducing speed or taking any action in data transmission, using Bit Torrent, sharing the internet via Hotspot, downloading and/or uploading large files, or any usage that involves continuous high-volume data transmission or affects service usage or causes unfairness, damage to other users, and/or the network or overall service provision of the Company.
- Users must register according to the regulations set by the NBTC and will be able to use the service only upon receiving a confirmation SMS.
- This promotion does not include outgoing calls, incoming calls, and messaging services. However, users can still make and receive calls as usual, and charges will be applied according to the standard international roaming rates of each country and network used.
- This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions until the end of the promotional period as per the terms and conditions.

- The usage of GO Travel MyPlan does not cover usage on ships at sea, airplanes, or networks that are satellite systems.
- The speed of 5G|4G|3G|EDGE|GPRS services depends on the service provider abroad.
- Any rights specified for this package cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or other items, nor can they be transferred to other individuals or legal entities.
- If the user commits any of the following actions, the Company has the right to immediately terminate the service contract:
- Violation of contract prohibitions: If the user violates the purpose of the contract, it is considered a violation of the contract prohibitions. The “purpose of the contract” for this contract requires the user to:
- Use the service according to the package for personal communication with honest intentions and in the normal customary manner of an ordinary person, not for profit or any other benefit, and not to use the service commercially or provide it to others.
- Not use, bring into use, modify, or perform any actions in technology, systems, or anything else to connect or relate to the service, including not performing actions that are expected or believed to cause moral violations, damage, or unfairness to the Company or any other person, directly or indirectly, or disrupt, inconvenience, or endanger the network, or cause the network’s performance or any part of the network to malfunction.
- The user cannot transfer the right to use the service under this contract to another person before the contract period expires unless consent is obtained from the Company.
- Commit actions that are reasonably believed to involve customer fraud or forgery of documents in applying for or accepting the service offer, or fraudulent behavior in using the service or using the service illegally.
- Violation of contract prohibitions: If the user violates the purpose of the contract, it is considered a violation of the contract prohibitions. The “purpose of the contract” for this contract requires the user to:
- The Company has the right to amend, change, suspend, or cancel without prior notice if there are regulations, orders, or policies from relevant government agencies that require changes, suspension, or cancellation of the terms of this service, or if such orders increase the operational burden of the Company.
- Unless otherwise clearly specified, the Company has the right to amend, change, suspend, or cancel these terms as appropriate, with at least 30 days’ notice through channels deemed suitable by the Company.
