True GO World ASIA SIM Cards (Prepaid)

The promotional offer “GO World SIM for Prepaid Customers” is for True Move H users of True Universal Communication Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) who pay for services in advance (“top-up”) as individuals and have activated international roaming services from 1, December 2024 onwards or until changes are made by the Company.

If the user uses international roaming on a network other than those specified on the website, the system will not function.
GO World SIM will be valid for 90 days after SIM card activation. The duration of the Internet, outgoing calls, incoming calls, and messaging services will be determined by the selected package. (GO World eSIM will be immediately activated after payment success. Please land abroad to use roaming package within 90 days.)
Fair Usage Policy: The Company reserves the right to manage the network appropriately to maintain service quality standards and to ensure that overall users can use the service efficiently, such as limiting or reducing speed or taking any action in data transmission, using Bit Torrent, sharing the internet via Hotspot, downloading and/or uploading large files, or any usage that involves continuous high-volume data transmission or affects service usage or causes unfairness, damage to other users, and/or the network or overall service provision of the Company.
Users must register according to the regulations set by the NBTC and will be able to use the service only upon receiving a confirmation SMS. The system will start charging when the user’s phone uses a signal within the service area and will end the service when the usage period specified in the SMS is reached or when the service usage specified for the type of sim is exhausted (whichever comes first).
When users use the internet, outgoing calls, incoming calls, and messaging services out of the quota they receive, users cannot continue using GO World services. Users can purchase a new GO World sim card from local resellers.
This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions until the end of the promotional period as per the terms and conditions.
The service usage period starts with the first connection when users activate the SIM card and is counted in full 24-hour cycles based on actual usage. If this period exceeds the given validity days (e.g., 30 days), the SIM card cannot be used.
Users must use the promotion within 90 days from the registration and activation of the service along with inserting the sim for use. If this period is exceeded, the sim card cannot be used.

The usage of GO World SIM does not cover usage on ships at sea, airplanes, or networks that are satellite systems.
The speed of 5G|4G|3G|EDGE|GPRS services depends on the service provider abroad.
Any rights specified for this package cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or other items, nor can they be transferred to other individuals or legal entities.
If the user commits any of the following actions, the Company has the right to immediately terminate the service contract:
- Violation of contract prohibitions: If the user violates the purpose of the contract, it is considered a violation of the contract prohibitions. The “purpose of the contract” for this contract requires the user to
  - Use the service according to the package for personal communication with honest intentions and in the normal customary manner of
  - an ordinary person, not for profit or any other benefit, and not to use the service commercially or provide it to others.
  - Not use, bring into use, modify, or perform any actions in technology, systems, or anything else to connect or relate to the service, including not performing actions that are expected or believed to cause moral violations, damage, or unfairness to the Company or any other person, directly or indirectly, or disrupt, inconvenience, or endanger the network, or cause the network’s performance or any part of the network to malfunction.
  - The user cannot transfer the right to use the service under this contract to another person before the contract period expires unless consent is obtained from the Company.
  - Commit actions that are reasonably believed to involve customer fraud or forgery of documents in applying for or accepting the service offer, or fraudulent behavior in using the service or using the serv ice illegally.
The Company has the right to amend, change, suspend, or cancel without prior notice if there are regulations, orders, or policies from relevant government agencies that require changes, suspension, or cancellation of the terms of this service, or if such orders increase the operational burden of the Company.
Unless otherwise clearly specified, the Company has the right to amend, change, suspend, or cancel these terms as appropriate, with at least 30 days’ notice through channels deemed suitable by the Company.

Terms and Conditions of True GO World Data, Voice, and Message Roaming Add-on Package (Prepaid)

The GO World Data, Voice, and Message Roaming add-on Package is available for existing prepaid individual customers with normal status who are not under service suspension and have registered for International Roaming service with True Move H Universal Communication Company Limited (“TUC”) (referred to herein as the “Company”).

Service fee rates for the “GO World” add-on package (excluding VAT 7%) are as follows:

The package will be activated and charged upon subscription and receipt of an SMS confirmation.
The Company will send SMS confirmations regarding the start and end times of the package. The package allowance time is based on a 24-hour period (Thailand time).
After the data quota is used up, you can continue using data roaming at 128 Kbps until the package validity expires.
A fraction of a minute is calculated as a full minute in each call.
Fees for excessive calls to another country, SMS sending, any calls outside the destination country or specified network, or exceeding the package quota or validity will be charged at the normal rate of the destination country.
The package is valid in specific countries and networks only. For other unlisted countries, the service will not be available.
Data speed is subjected to overseas network operators.
International data, voice, and message roaming services will be automatically activated upon subscribing to the package.
Company reserves the right:
- Customers are prohibited from profiting from packages, including Voice over IP (VoIP) service, in any illegal cases. If evidence of business interests or commercial contact with other parties or access to the Internet that contravenes the law, social harmony, and social morality is found, the provider reserves the right to immediately restrain or terminate the service and cancel promotional privileges of the violating phone number.
- The company has the right to manage the network appropriately to maintain the service quality and help users use it more efficiently. This may include limiting or reducing speeds, taking action to transfer data, prohibiting the use of BitTorrent, sharing the internet via Hotspot, downloading and/or uploading large files, or any application sustained high usage that affects service application or causes issue or damage to other users and/or the Company’s network or overall service.
- The Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the service without prior notice. Customers acknowledge and agree to any changes made and announced on the provider’s website or other channels.
- The Company reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions. The changes will be announced via suitable communication tools at least 30 days in advance.
The customer allows the provider to necessarily access and evaluate personal data of the customer saved and stored in the ID smart card and in other forms provided by the customer for the sake of telecommunication business, promotion, and others. Additionally, the customer agrees that the provider (or the Company) may reveal, submit and/or transfer personal data of the customer to other third parties, both local and abroad, for the aforementioned purposes.
The purchased packages cannot be refunded or transferred to other customers. The Company reserves the right to terminate services without prior notice. The Company also reserves the right to change prices without prior notice subject to the Terms and Conditions of International Roaming rates.
Usage allowance from this package does not include usage while on a ship, airplane or over satellite networks.
