An applicant must:

Attain the age of 15 - 75 years old
Hold a foreigner passport
(Eligible for Non Thai resident only)
Use True or dtac Tourist Sim card priced at 49, 149, 199, 219, 299, 349, 399, 449, 599, 699, 999, 1199 baht
Register within 24 hours after SIM card activation.
Complied with all criteria indicated on the below registration section
