• This privilege is limited to 1 number / 1 passport / 1 redemption throughout the campaign duration.
  • The privilege period is from July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025.
  • The insurance offers 15 days at maximum of coverage and will be terminated immediately when the validity of dtac HAPPY Tourist SIM ends.
  • Coverage territory must be within the territory of Thailand, beginning when the insured successfully passes the Thai immigration procedures.

Coverage detail

  1. Personal Accident (PA3) covering in case of the insured members Loss of life, Dismemberment, Loss of sight, Loss of hearing, Loss of speech or Permanent Disability
  2. Loss or Damage of Baggage or Personal Effects Benefit If baggage and / or personal belongings in luggage for the travel of the insured persons, resulting in loss or damage from one of the following events during the journey, the mistake of the hotel staffs or the carrier while the insured has deposited luggage as well as personal belongings within the (1)Luggage and the hotel staffs or the carrier company agree to keep it in their custody (2)Burglary by tampering with the hotel room where the insured has registered as a guest of the hotel (3)Being hijacked being threatened or violated for luggage and / or personal belongings within the luggage.
  3. Travel Delayed In the event that the departure of the air common carrier in which the Insured has arranged to travel is delayed from schedule due to bad weather conditions or mechanical problem of the aircraft or strike or other operations by employees of commercial airline or airport preventing the departure, the Company shall indemnify for the additional expenses incurred for accommodation, meals and beverage caused by such delay provided, the Company shall indemnify in the amount specified in the Schedule of Policy for every six consecutive hours of flight delay but in total not exceeding the sum insured specified in the Schedule of Policy.
  4. Baggage Delay
    1. This insurance provides coverage in the event of the baggage of the insured under the care of the carrier arriving at the destination for a period longer than 8 hours. The company will pay compensation to the insured persons as actual expense but not over than 20% of sum insured
    2. This insurance provides coverage in the event of the baggage of the insured under the care of the carrier arriving at the destination for a period longer than 16 hours. The company will pay additional compensation from item 4.1 to the insured persons as actual expense but not over than 30% of sum insured
    3. This insurance provides coverage in the event of the baggage of the insured under the care of the carrier arriving at the destination for a period longer than 24 hours. The company will pay additional compensation from item 4.2 to the insured persons as actual expense but not over than 50% of sum insured
  5. Medical Expense Insurance provide the coverage of medical expense during insurance period from accident
  6. Fight Cancellation which occurred within 30 days before start of journey (special allow to inform wihin 3 days before start of journey) This insurance provides coverage in case of the insured’s trip cancellation caused by
    1. Death, or Serious Injury or Sickness of the insured and his or her family members such as spouse, parent , children etc
    2. In case of Riot & Civil War
    3. Damage to the insured's residence due to fire, lightning, explosions from LPG, including various natural disasters within 7 days before start of journey
