How to get True ID Username and Password
There are 3 ways to get True ID Username and Password
1. Automatic Registration: new TrueMove H postpaid and prepaid customers will receive True ID Username and Password via SMS
2. Register by using E-Mail Address: ideal for the customers who using devices without access to SMS e.g. some models of iPad, Air card and for those who are convenient to access IService through internet. Once your email address is registered, True iService will send updates to your email address
3. Register by using TrueMove H number: if you’ve used TrueMove or TrueMove H numbers to register for True ID before April, 2012, you can use the number as the username and its respective password to log in True iService
Those who have not registered for a True ID. It is recommended to use your email address to register for True ID
