Set up Internet APN and MMS APN on True SMART 4G P1 Series

  1. On main screen, tap ^ to view all Apps
  2. Tap (Settings) > (Network & Internet)
  3. Tap (Mobile network) > (Advanced) to see more menu
  4. Tap (Access Point Names) 
  5. If there’s no APN or incorrect, tap Menu at top right corner and choose (Reset to default) > (OK) to confirm and on screen will show (Restoring default APN settings…)
  6. Reset default APN settings completed. APN will show now
  7. Manual Settings : at APN, tap a Plus sign (+) at top right corner
  8. TRUE-H internet : 
    • Name = TRUE-H internet
    • APN = internet
    • Username = true
    • Password = true
    • Authentication Type = PAP
    • APN type = default,xcap,supl (recommended) or default,supl or not set
    • tap Menu and choose (Save)
  9. TRUE-H MMS : 
    • Name = TRUE-H MMS
    • APN = hmms
    • Username = true (or not set)
    • Password = true (or not set)
    • MMSC = http://mms.trueh.com/8002
    • MMS proxy = 10.4.7.39
    • MMS port = 8080
    • Authentication Type = PAP
    • APN type = mms
    • tap Menu and choose (Save)
  10. TRUE-H IMS : 
    • Name = TRUE-H IMS
    • APN = ims
    • Username = true (or not set)
    • Password = true (or not set)
    • Authentication Type = PAP
    • APN type = ims
    • tap Menu and choose (Save)
